Funeral for Mary Stanford Lifeboat Crew

I had always been told that we had relatives connected with the disaster at Rye Harbour. My dad's family were Fowler. Were there any members of the crew related to the Fowler family of Sussex. I notice that a Rev. John Fowler took part in the service. Could I have some particulars? Which of the clergy in the picture is he?
